Description: The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for wind mitigation retrofits such as, but not limited to, roof replacement services, installation of windows, doors, and shutters. Scope of work may vary for each house. These projects are time sensitive, and the contractor must be ready to start immediately upon contract execution. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting(s) are scheduled for Thursday, November 4, 2021, starting at 9:00 A.M. You must attend the pre-bid meeting to receive the scope of work. Please meet at the first address shown in the attached solicitation document. Deadline for quote submission is Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 5:00 P.M. Individual bids must be provided for each house that you choose to bid on. You do not have to bid on all of the houses. Please see the sample contract for insurance requirements for the program.
