Overview: Thank you to all firms that responded to the City of Avondale’s Request for Qualifications for Aquatic Center Design, Construction Management Services and Pool Management Plan. The City of Avondale intends to award a contract to the highest rank firm, Gabor Lorant Architects Inc. If the City is not able to negotiate a satisfactory contract with Gabor Lorant Architects Inc., the City will formally terminate negotiations and undertake negotiations with the next most qualified firm on the final list, in sequence, until an agreement is reached or a determination is made to reject all firms. The final list as follows: 1. Gabor Lorant Architects Inc. 2. Architekton 3. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. We appreciate your interest and invite your response to other solicitations that may be offered in the future.
