The County will not hold a pre-bid meeting for this IFB. The addresses of each park is listed within this IFB document. The County suggests each bidder visit the sites, if necessary, on their own. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than February 5, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than February 8, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
