Description: Carlsbad Municipal Schools is accepting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide professional and technical redistricting and line drawing services in conformity with strict, non-partisan rules designated to create districts that will provide fair representation for all residents in Eddy County. Carlsbad Municipal Schools reserves the right to enter into a contract which consists of an initial one (1) year agreement and allows for one (1) year renewal option if any additional requirements for Redistricting are required.

Question: What is the District's budget for this project/contract? What was the amount previously awarded during the last redistricting cycle?
Response: CMS District will establish a budget based on RFP responses. At this time, we do not know the amount that was previously awarded since there has been change in personnel. This would require further research on our end and due to time constraints we are unable to provide.
