Description: The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified firms to provide the construction and installation of a concrete boat ramp, drainage along Wharf Street and parking lot areas, and sidewalk enhancements. The firm must be able to provide all of the required documents; meet the minimum qualifications; and provide proof of positive past performances to be considered a responsive and responsible bidder. The complete IFB and its attachments are posted in the “Business/Bid Opportunities” section of the Town’s website at www.townofbluffton.sc.gov. Sealed bids, including all the required documents, are due by 2:00 PM (Local Time) on 2/21/18 at Town Hall, 20 Bridge Street, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910. Packages in which bids are submitted should be clearly marked as follows: IFB # 2018- 0052 Oyster Factory Park – Boat Ramp, Sidewalks and Drainage Improvements. Offerors must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies by the stated deadline.
