Description: *BackgroundThis Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) for demolition services on identified project sites. The CCLBA owned project sites (see Appendix A) are being demolished through grant funding; all projects will be managed by the CCLBA.
The CCLBA invites the submission of proposals from certified demolition contractors to provide demolition and site restoration services for assorted sites as listed in Appendix A. Licensed companies with demonstrated experience in this area and an interest in making their services available to the CCLBA are invited to respond to this RFP.

Question: How do we gain access to the interior of Tekonsha Grocery Store for a proper estimate? We need to verify amounts of debris, etc. to estimate disposal costs.
Response: Calhoun County Land Bank Authority will be on site at 950 Main St, Tekonsha, MI On Thursday May 16, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. At this time, contractors are welcome to enter the facility to ensure proper estimates of disposal.
