Description: Beaufort County is seeking construction services for the interior and exterior improvements to a portion of an existing office building located at the Buckwalter Recreation Center. The facility is currently occupied. The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following; site preparation, concrete pavement, minor demolition, mechanical, electrical improvements including fire dampers and fire caulking, fire sprinkler modification, fire alarm modification, metal stud firewall partition, gypsum board repair and installation and painting, door systems and building hardware, suspended ceiling system and ceiling replacement and repair.
