Description: Jasper County is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to serve as the County’s General Contractor, working with the architect and engineer during the pre-construction stage to provide budget and schedule input, a Guaranteed Maximum Price, construction delivery, site inspections, management, and reporting as required by the technical specifications. Other duties will include reporting on the progress of the construction project to the County staff and/or the County Council and providing organizational and project management support regarding the construction of the project(s). One firm shall be named as the successful Construction Manager at Risk for the project(s).
