2.     PROJECT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED (30) DAYS AFTER FOUNTAINS ARRIVE. DELIVERY PACKING SLIP WILL NEEDS TO BE SUBMITED TO CONFIRM MATERIAL ARRIVAL DATE.    LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR THE PROJECT ARE $500.00 CALENDAR DAY. 

3.     BID BOND IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.  USE ATTACHED BID BOND WHEN SUBMITTING PROPOSAL IN ADDENDUM #2 FILE.
