Description: The City of Foley has a current contract for 825-B Base, 57 Stone, 67 Stone and Class 2 RipRap, however the current vendor is unable to fulfill the current need. The City of Foley is looking to have a supplemental contract in place. There is a current need for at least 1,000 tons of 825-B Base (Sac Tun), and 400 tons of 57 stone for various City projects. It is the desire of the City of Foley to have material delivered to the job site; however, there may be occasions when it is necessary to pick up material, therefore, travel distance will be taken into consideration when making award of this bid.
