Description:

The Vendor:

·         Shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services to fulfill the scope of work as outlined.

·         Is to supervise or provide a competent supervisor to supervise all of the work involved.

·         Provide submittal drawings for approval of proposed installation including dimensions and specifications on the all areas of the project.

 

2020 HVAC Improvements - Animal Control Facility for Kendall County.

 

Work shall include but is not limited to the following:

·         Selective demolition work to accommodate the work

·         Replacement of the mechanical HVAC system in the kennel and office areas

 

Note:

·         Electric for H.V.A.C. systems to be provided by Electrician under an owner direct contract.

 

Bids

·         Require separate bids for the Kennel Areas and main office areas H.V.A.C. systems

o   Kennels North & South listed as one price on form.

o   Main office H.V.A.C. system listed as one price on form.
