Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2025 Annual Resurfacing Project will be received by the City
of Belle Meade, Tennessee at the office of the City Manager until 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday,
June 11, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists
of resurfacing four City streets totaling approximately 7,635 linear feet and striping fourteen City
streets with approximately 33,530 linear feet of white edgelines and 2,570 linear feet of yellow
centerlines. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the
Bid Form.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 6/4/2025 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Belle Meade City Hall, 4705 Harding Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37205. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
