Description: RRHS kitchen renovation will be constructed in phases to include the addition of a new cooler/freezer outside of the existing building footprint( phase one). Once phase one is complete, the existing cooler/freezer will be disassembled and removed from the interior of the building which will allow the kitchen space to be repurposed into dry storage and other renovations within the kitchen footprint, to include new equipment, relocation and/or removal of plumbing fixtures and other associated items included in the construction documents. The Kitchen will need to remain operational for regular use until May 26.

A Mandatory Site walk thru will occur at the conclusion of the pre-proposal meeting.
