Description: The City of Battle Creek is seeking bids for the replacement of four rooftop air handling units on grillage steel, as well as four rooftop exhaust fans, and the associated electrical equipment and structural reinforcement. This includes three 100-ton air handling units and one 30-ton air handling unit. The one air handling unit that is not being replaced shall be removed in its entirety with ductwork capped on the roof. In addition, the building automation system will be upgraded and replaced to integrate with the City's existing building automation system.
