anticipate extending the due date for the proposal. All proposal will be
evaluated based on the evaluation criteria listed in the RFP section IX. This solicitation was posted on Vendor
Registry, SCBO, and local newspaper.
If you have any additional

prefer that all questions post through Vendor Registry so that all vendors see
