Description: RWR has a need to supplement its workforce to mediate immediate and ongoing needs for management, operational, and program management support at the staff level. These needs include but are not limited to staff augmentation within its technical/engineering ranks for the 6 divisions within RWR (i.e. engineering, customer service, central maintenance, water treatment & distribution, wastewater treatment & collections, and compliance/watershed protection divisions). Ongoing program management needs include several County programs and initiatives primarily in the engineering division that include but aren’t limited to the County’s
(1) sewer rehab program,
(2) inflow and infiltration (I&I) program,
(3) wastewater treatment capacity reclamation and management program, and
(4) drinking water distribution system improvements.
