Description: The Calhoun County Remonumentation Program is requesting Qualification Statements from interested prospective surveyors of annual contract holders for the 2025 Calhoun County Remonumentation Grant Program.  The Calhoun County Remonumentation Plan, as well as the grant agreement with the State of Michigan, require that a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process be followed in the selection of qualified remonumentation contractors. 


Primary contract work may include Research and Remonumentation in accordance with P.A. 345 of 1990 and the Calhoun County Remonumentation Plan of an average of 10 to 15 PLSS corners per contractor.  All Remonumentation Services contractors are required to attend Peer Review Committee meetings to present their corners.
