Description:

The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Headworks HVAC Building Improvement Project.  This project is to remove existing HVAC system of the Headworks building for the City of Battle Creek’s Wastewater plant and other site amenities. Construct a new 45’x30’ concrete block building to house new HVAC system, reconstruct PLC controls, new pavements and other site work.

 NOTE!  City Hall now has Security on the 1^st floor.  Please allow extra time to get through Security when dropping off your bid.
