Description: The objective of this project is to resurface the existing parking lot and adjoining access points with asphalt. Limits of work are defined by all paved areas west of the entrance at Fellsmere Grade. The parking lot is approximately 240-feet by 340-feet wide with a 24-foot wide by 370-foot access driveway. All work shall comply with the latest edition of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Pertinent sections of these specifications are referenced in the Statement of Work.
