Question 1

Posted: 3/18/2024

Question: Good afternoon - My firm has a question regarding the background check and fingerprinting requirements. We are a law firm where most of our attorneys are based in Seattle, Washington (though we litigate nationally). Unfortunately, the IdentoGO website is only showing appointments in New Mexico. We were hoping to receive some guidance on how to complete this requirement, or is this something we could figure out and complete if our firm is selected as counsel in this matter. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, Arden Wilson Keller Rohrback L.L.P.

Response: See Addenda No. 1

Question 2

Posted: 3/21/2024

Question: In the pre-bid meeting, Meta was mentioned as the focus of any investigation and potential litigation; however the Scope of Services in the RFP does not focus only on Meta. Can you confirm that you are looking to investigate a broader set of defendants and not just Meta?

Response: See Addenda No. 1

Question 3

Posted: 3/21/2024

Question: Good morning - Is a New Mexico business license required at the time of our submission (April 1) or can we wait to obtain that until if/when a contract is awarded? Thank you! Sincerely, Arden Wilson

Response: See Addenda No. 1

Question 4

Posted: 3/21/2024

Question: Hello, Under Compliance Requirements I submitted our W9 and general proof of insurance. Is that sufficient to meet compliance requirements? Or do we need to submit business license and business registration as well? Thank you fo ryour assistance.

Response: See Addenda No. 1

Question 5

Posted: 3/22/2024

Question: If a submission comes from multiple law firms, can we submit only the W9 from local counsel in New Mexico, and then provide the remaining W9's from the other out of state law firms if chosen?

Response: See Addenda No. 1

Question 6

Posted: 3/22/2024

Question: In our experience, most law firms do not provide or carry the insurance listed in Appendix E. Can we only provide a copy of the Professional Liability Insurance for our local counsel in New Mexico with the submission, and then provide additional evidence of professional liability insurance if selected?

Response: See Addenda No. 1
