Question: 1. Does mapping (loading maps with camera icons and door icons) needed to be included in this bid and if so, how many total maps/ floorplans are to be imported into the system? 2. For door forced and door held alarms/alerts, how many people will need to be configured to receive the e-mail alerts? 3. Do you require us to update the OEM Flash and firmware on each network controller to get the latest version? There are specific cyber security threats with past controller boards, so updating firmware is highly recommended. 4. For integration between video and access control, how do you want the scope of operation to work? What specific actions are required? For example: An associated camera is automatically called up on a monitor screen when a door is forced open or held open. 5. Do you have any spare (or unused in a pending construction project) reader input boards &/or network controllers? We need to license them at the time of the initial license purchase if you intend to use them in the future. 6. How many existing VI Camera servers are you currently running? 7. How many VI Monitor + Client software computers are you running today? 8. Which VI CCTV Server Version are you running on your servers now? 9. How many doors are on your current system? 10. Does this need to integrate with active directory? 11. How many time zones do you have today? 12. How many cardholder groups do you have today? 13. How many reader Groups do you have today? 14. Is there a lockdown procedure needed at each school and if so, how many lockdown buttons are at each building? Total? We do not have lockdown buttons.
