Description:

Sealed bid proposals will be received up to, but no later than Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 11:00:00 am at Torrance Unified School District Purchasing Department, North of 2336 Plaza del Amo, Torrance, CA 90501.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The project consists of demo and replacement of windows at two elementary schools; installation of parking lot lighting at one elementary school; roofing demo and replacement at three elementary schools; flooring replacement at the administration building at one elementary school; concrete canopy repair at one elementary school; and one high school small gym upgrades.

** Prequalification - Contractors with A or B license and subcontractors with C-7, C-10, C-36, and C-43 licenses must submit a complete prequalification package through PQBids website  no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening.

Total Project Estimate - $4,135,000.00
