Question 2

Posted: 11/17/2021

Question: We do business across the country with many school systems and municipalities. Occasionally we find a potential customer that must have the vendor based in state. You make no mention of it, obviously one of our local dealers/installers will be there for the install and service if needed. I’d just like to confirm that that is acceptable. Also, there are pictures of both sides of the sign, but the specifications state it’s single sided. If that’s correct than can we assume that we would be responsible for taking the current letters and disposing of them? Lastly, Is the electrical already run to the sign location?

Response: Yes, it is acceptable if dealers/installers are from out of state. The sign is single-sided and the backside of the current sign is just an access panel. The disposing of letters would be left up to the county, you would just be responsible for the removal. Electrical is already established at the current sign.

Question 3

Question: The specifications seem to call for a LAPTOP computer - is this correct (Complete Computer system with Cloud Based Software Laptop) ?

Response: That is correct, the county would like to load the software on a laptop or desktop computer that the county already has.

Response: Yes
