Description: The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Spray Injection Asphalt Project for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications, and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. The City of Milton Public Works Department (City) requests for interested parties to submit formal sealed bids for multi-year Spray Injection Asphalt Patching project. The City desires a three (3) year agreement which is renewed annually. The Contractor shall provide self-contained, rear mounted truck, cold application spray injection patching machine with an experienced and certified operator, a cold applied asphalt emulsion, supplies, tested and approved aggregates, fuel, and all other incidentals in order to deliver up to ten (10) tons of cold applied spray patching in place within an 8 hour working shift, as needed or as directed for the City of Milton.
