In accordance with Chapter 7C, ยงยง 44-58 of the Massachusetts General Laws, The City of Framingham is seeking a qualified Architectural Services firm to provide the city with an exterior envelope repair assessment of City Hall. This Architectural Services firm is to conduct a damage assessment, to write a scope for work for construction activities, to consult on the construction and rehabilitation activities ensuring compliance with the City of Framingham Historical Commission, and to create maintenance documents that outlines proper maintenance techniques to maintain the building.
