Description: Okaloosa County 911 / Emergency Operations Center has two Model #9390-40-80 Eaton UPS systems formerly power ware. These systems provide critical back up conditioned power to 911 / EOC systems. Okaloosa County seeks a vendor that is qualified and certified to work on Eaton Power equipment. Vendor must have certified Eaton technicians on staff for 24-hour coverage and emergency assistance. Okaloosa County seeks a vendor that is capable of providing not only annual system maintenance as required by Eaton power equipment but that can provide an 8 hour on site response (7x24) hours a day with / parts and labor included in the response. Such response must include: After hours (7x24) response with parts and labor, and 8 hour on site response time. Included in the annual maintenance agreement will be 1x per term: UPS Preventive maintenance, after hours (7x24) response, and 1x per term: Sealed Battery Preventive Maintenance, any time.
