INVITATION TO BID:

 

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. EST September 16, 2020 (Using Purchasing Agents Clock) at the office building of the Johnson County Purchasing Agent 211 North Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683, on the following items for the Johnson County Government. A public bid opening meeting will be held at the above time and location. Any changes to this meeting time or location will be posted on the courthouse notice board and on the entrance door at the above location.

 

Bids for: Building Re-Roofing Projects at the Johnson County Senior Center Building, Johnson County Property Assessor Building, & County/City Owned Building commonly known as the Kellogg Building.

 

Mandatory Sept. 8, 2020 pre-bid/walk-through meeting information, specifications, and bid forms are available from the Purchasing Agent’s office. Interested parties may contact the Purchasing Agent at 423-727-7861 or email purchasing@johnsoncountytn.gov. Johnson County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
