The pricing page for that building includes detailed surface type information (e.g., carpet, tile/vinyl) as well as quarterly carpet and tile cleaning breakdowns. However, this level of detail has not been provided for the following locations: C.K. Ray Recreation Center, Activity Center, Senior Center, Aquatic Center, Waterpark, Oscar Johnson Jr. Community Center, PARD Administration, Conroe Tower, and the Conroe Municipal Center. While we appreciate that the total square footage has been provided by area and/or building, we are specifically requesting a breakdown by surface type (e.g., carpet, tile, marble, LVT, ceramic) to ensure accurate pricing for floor care services.

Response: All response will be answered once questions are closed. We will consolidate and get it to the departments. Once we get that we will submit and addendum
