Description: The City of Willard is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform cold milling, asphalt pavement repair and hot mix asphalt resurfacing on Hunt Road from US 160 to Farm Road 94 and on Farm Road 103 from Farm Road 94 to State Highway EE. Contact Dave O'Connor at (417) 844-4936 for more information. Bids will be opened March 21, 2017 in the council chambers at 2:00 p.m. The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. A recommendation award will be presented to the Board of Aldermen on March 27, 2017. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
