Description: Proposals will be received by Alabama A&M University in Normal, AL at the office of Jeffrey Robinson, Alabama A&M University, Department of Purchasing – Room 305 Patton Hall 4900 Meridian Street Normal, Alabama 35762, until 2:00 P.M. CST, Tuesday April 24, 2023 for at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. This bid is considered a Quick Bid due to the immediate need of these products. Alabama A&M University is requesting quotes for Event Staging and Set-up to source support for events held at Alabama A&M University. Events such as commencement exercises, galas and small concerts, for example. Events will be held in the newly constructed University Events Center, as well as events held throughout the University campus. These events will require a stage(s) for these productions. The location of these events will take place on the main campus at 4900 Meridian St. in Normal, AL. 35762
