The Village of Addison is seeking bids for Digester Complex Improvements located at the Village's North Waste Water Treatment Plant, 711 N. Addison Road, Addison, IL. 
Copies of Instructions for Bidders, Bid Form, Plans, and Specifications are on file for inspection at the office of the Engineer, Deuchler Engineering Corporation, Inc., 230 S. Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, IL.  Contract Documents can be obtained in digital format (PDF) on CD at the office of BHFX, 30W250 Butterfield Road, Warrenville, IL 60555 (telephone: 630-393-0777) upon payment of a $150.00 non-refundable deposit. Checks for the Contract Documents in digital format shall be made payable to the Engineer.  Bidders may also request printed sets of Contract Documents from BHFX.  Bidders shall be responsible for all printing and shipping/mailing costs for all printed sets of Contract Documents.  A plan holders list will be maintained by BHFX and will be available for viewing on its website at www.bhfxplanroom.com.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 8/22/2019 9:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all General Contractors interested in submitting a bid proposal will be held on the 22 day of August at 9:00 o’clock A.M. at the Village of Addison North Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 711 N. Addison Road, Addison, IL 60101. The meeting will start at the administration offices for project introduction and questions followed by a tour of the project site. Note: This meeting is mandatory and failure to be present at this meeting will result in the bid not being accepted.
