Question: There’s a section for equipment pricing, and a section that details hourly rates. I’ve broken out our quoted price into the equipment section. That price includes our hourly rates. As a result, when I enter the hourly rates, the total price practically doubles. Is that acceptable, or is there another way you would like us to break this out?
Response: The estimated quantities for hourly rates were based on the work required for Table A. These have been removed from the award formula. Bidders must still provide rates for the items in Table B for additional, urgent or emergency work, but they will not be included in the Method of Award. Please refer to Addendum 1, the Updated 22-DES-ITB-405 and the Updated Attachment A - Pricing Sheet.
