Description: The Clayton County Water Authority intends to contract for the annual services of an experienced Contractor to complete generator maintenance for the 12-month period from March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019. The contract may be extended for a second and third 12 month period by mutual written consent by both parties with no changes in terms, conditions or bid prices. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the Request for Bids specifications, and will be the most advantageous to the Clayton County Water Authority. An evaluation will also be performed to ensure bidder complies with the required submittals. This procurement has a Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) bid discount for evaluation purposes only, which will be given to CCWA certified SLBE primes only.
