There is a mandatory site visit for this project on Monday, August 2nd, 2021 @ 9:00 AM Eastern at the project site, the Kenneth F. Waggoner (KFW) Services Building, 201 Johnston Street, St. George, SC 29477. Attendees should meet at the Council Chambers. The Contractor will be responsible for pulling old plywood deck & boards, as well as removing and replacing ceramic tiles in a men’s bathroom; adding dirt as needed, adding a 4in cement slab and installing new carpet. The total area that needs to be replaced is approximately 2500 square ft.
