Description: The intent of this bid is to enter into a contract, by means of sealed bids, with a qualified contractor to provide mowing services for the City of Sebring.  The contractor will mow, edge, trim and remove litter from the City’s     cemeteries, landfill, parks and other specific sites required by the City’s various departments.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 19th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, 368 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870. THERE WILL NOT BE A SITE VISIT TO EACH LOCATION. All interested parties are strongly urged to locate and assess all listed locations prior to this meeting. THERE WILL NOT BE A REVIEW OF EACH LOCATION. Questions regarding exact property locations and/or the specific scope of site work will be answered at this meeting. It is the responsibility of the bidder to familiarize themselves with the listed locations and bring forth any questions during this meeting. All questions and locations discussed at the pre-bid meeting will be documented and then posted online at VendorRegistry.com as an addendum.
