Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING has been scheduled for 11.00am (Eastern Time), Wednesday December 11, 2019 and will be conducted in the meeting room of the EFFINGHAM COUNTY RECREATION DEPARTMENT, 808 HWY 119, SPRINGFIELD, GEORGIA, 31329, to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstanding that may arise. Should a site visit be deemed necessary it will be conducted immediately after the meeting. Quotes will not be accepted from any firm that is not represented at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
