Description:

The bid must include cleaning, cutting out damaged areas, and milling off high and rough spots to prepare for paving.  Major areas can be specified (if needed) by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department. The bid also includes paving for approximately 3,600 ft. by 12 ft. wide from the wooden bridge behind Twin Springs Apartments to the wooden bridge before Tyree Springs Road. This will require equipment that is not too wide or heavy for a wooden bridge (approximately 11 ft. wide), as the only access to the paving location requires passage over such a bridge.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 23rd, 2021 at the City of White House at 105 College St., White House, TN 37188. The Purchasing Coordinator and Parks Director will be available to provide an overview of the work to be performed and answer any questions.
