Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of 9:00 am Monday March 2nd , 2020 at the office of the Fox Valley Park District, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 for Park Mowing and Maintenance, in accordance with instructions to bidders and specifications as attached.
Bids will be opened at 9:00am, Monday March 2nd, 2020 at the Cole Administration Center at which time and place the bids will be publicly read.
Bids should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate bid form.

The District retains at all times the right to cancel or withdraw this RFP, to refuse to accept a proposal from any respondent, and to modify or amend this RFP in any way.
The Fox Valley Park District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District. The existence of this request for proposal shall not, in any way, obligate the District to take any action regarding any response submitted by a respondent to this request.
Each bidder shall submit their proposal on the form supplied by the District. Each proposal shall be sealed in an envelope marked Park Mowing and Maintenance and delivered to:

RFPs received after the appointed time listed above will be returned unopened.
Vendors are responsible for checking for all addenda prior to submitting proposals.
