Description: The City of Columbia is seeking a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) to administer its prescription drug program for its workforce of approximately 426 full-time employees and their dependents receiving benefits under the City’s program. The City’s prescription drug program is self-funded and administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.
