Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2021 for the purpose of grass cutting services at the City of Quincy’s Reservoir located at 2245 Chestnut.
