Vendor Registry is not set up to allow more than 5 attachments, so Lee College needed to break the Addendum 001 documents from Kirksey into individual Addendums by consultant in order to load them into the registry. But just for clarification, all the downloads constitute Addendum 001 for the purpose of your bid.

Question: Within the bid package, Section 2.2 "Events Schedule" - it states that the submission of bid proposals is April 10, 2023 but it also states that the evaluation of the proposals will be a week earlier on April 3, 2023. Please confirm what will be evaluated on April 3 and when the date required for the final submission.

Response: Submission of bid proposal and the evaluation is April 10th. All questions are due by April 3rd.
