Question: At the prebid it was said that permits would not be required (USACE SCDHEC). Could you clarify what was said at the prebid regarding permits? If we have to submit a permit application, how will this application impact the completion time of 6 months stated on the RFP?

Response: The Army Corps of Engineers have provided boundaries which are marked onsite and available in the report. No permit is required if we stay within those restrictions. There are some permits that will be required from DHEC and/or County Building & Planning. Please plan accordingly.
