Description: Sealed bids for the Cone Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements will be received from contractors by the City of Prattville, Alabama (owner) at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, Alabama, until 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2019, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read. In general, the project includes, but is not limited to: sanitary sewer replacement along Cone Street in Prattville, Alabama. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed in the best interest of the City, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the bids.
