Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) at its offices located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 for Annual Contract for Janitorial Services. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia, 30260. In an effort to promote responsible environmental practices the bid package is available in electronic (Adobe pdf) format, and can be requested by calling 770-960-5223, M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, or via email to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us. Bidders will need to provide contact information and an email address and any file size transfer limits to insure email transmittals can be made. A hard copy bid package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
