Question: -What are the liquidated damages for this contract? -Please provide Trench and Pavement Restoration Details -Is there an MBE/DBE requirement for this contract? -Please clarify if the Per-Project Limit is of Up to $750,000 or $500,000 (ITB Pages 19 and 119) -Is there a minimum dollar amount per-project? -What are the working hour restrictions for this contract? -How are you planning to pay for Stakeouts and As-Builts? -Is there any clearing and grubbing? How are you planning to pay for it? -Is there any water bypass required for this project? How are you planning to pay for it? -Do you expect any work to be performed during nighttime? What percentage? -What percentage of the contract do you consider will be performed on an Emergency basis? -Is this contract going to be awarded to one general contractor or several ones? -How many projects as per past similar contracts do you expect to issue per month/year and for the contract duration? -Please provide itemized bid tabulations for recently awarded/performed contracts similar to the subject contract. -Based on the current instability in the market and supply chain shortage for construction materials, it will be difficult to receive materials on time and start work on each assigned project within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the County approved Purchase Order (PO) and Notice to Proceed (NTP). Please advise or revise the time to start work on each assigned project. -Will the County allow the approval of multiple sources of supply for materials to have more options to get the materials? - ITB Page 25 states “In an emergency, material used to repair water mains will be provided, when available, by the County from its Water/Sewer/Streets Warehouse”. Please clarify who is responsible to provide materials in an emergency when materials are unavailable by the County. Note that the Contractor will not be able to supply materials in a short period of time.

Question: -Foreman experience in IFB page 18 is up to and including 16-inches in diameter and other parts of the IFB (pages 9 and 121) Foreman experience is up to and including 48-inches in diameter. Since the pricing sheet for this project lists Water Main up to and including 16-inches in diameter, therefore please maintain the Foreman experience up to and including 16-inches. -Please provide Pre-bid meeting minutes. -Please provide additional time for questions.
