Question: Hi. Do firms interested in submitted a proposal have to be able to perform all of the services listed in the Scope of Work? For example, if a firm doesn't normally perform 6 or 7 of the services, can they submit? Or do they need to find a subcontractor(s) who can perform these services before they submit? Thanks!
Response: Subconsultants will need to be obtained.

Question: On Page 4 of the RFQ, it states “All submissions to this RFQ must not exceed 15 double-sided printed pages in length. Cover sheet and table of contents are excluded.” Would this equate to 30 pages electronically excluding the cover sheet and TOC?
