Description: The Wentzville City Hall (“Project”) shall consist of new construction of a 44,474 SF facility in the City of Wentzville, MO that will house all of the administrative departments of the City of Wentzville as well as the Municipal Courts offices and courtroom. The project has one section that is two-story, another section that is single story, and a small basement. The exterior consists of masonry, glazing, and architectural metal panels. The structure will be structural steel with concrete foundations. The project will include site work and utility work. All scopes of work will be included under the General Contractor bid package.

This pre-bid meeting is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for all bidders to attend.
