Provide two
(2) NEW structures that will be used for batting cages at Carvers Bay High
School. One structure will be for school’s baseball team’s use and the other
will be for the softball team’s use. A Bidder, either directly or through its
subcontractor(s), must be able to provide all services and meet all
requirements requested in this solicitation and the successful Bidder (the
Contractor) shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of
subcontractor participation in the work.
