Description: Progressive Energy Group, on behalf County of Kendall, IL ("County”), is seeking sealed Proposals indicating definite interest in contracting for the development, finance, and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy system at 2 proposed locations (one 6-acre parcel and one 4-acre parcel) located in Yorkville, Illinois (“Site”). It is believed there are 10 acres of land at these Site locations suitable for the installation of solar photovoltaic panels, and for the production and sale of a minimum of two megawatts (2 MW) or more of electric power and related renewable energy credits (RECs) annually.
