Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 8704 Framingham Centralized Dispatch. The project consists of exterior and interior renovations to the existing office building and site at 188 concord street. the exterior building renovations involve improvements to the existing structural bracing and structural roof design and upgrades to the cladding, glazing, and wall and roof insulation assemblies. the interior upgrades involve renovating approximately 6,900 sf on the 3rd and 4th floors for a new regional dispatch and emergency communications center and upgrades to the common areas of the 1st and 2nd floor for accessibility. the exterior site renovations include modifications to the existing parking configuration for a new building generator, new accessible parking, and new EV charging stations.
